This session was all about PLAY! We let the kids guide the session, from picking flowers, to playing soccer with a basketball, and ruling the playground. Anyone who works with kids knows how unrealistic it can be to expect them to sit still for posed photos, much less give an authentic smile on command. The best way to work around that is to incorporate movement and fun into the session, with only a few moments of posed "Look at the camera!" reminders. Other than a few prompts, this is a primarily candid-focused session.
And sometimes, it's capturing those everyday moments that are so much more special. How often do you have someone to document you playing with the kids, spending time together as a family?
